Fashioning Cheap Dog Clothing!

Hi, Opi here. Sometimes my mom likes to dress me and my sister Nellie Belle in clothes. Right now I have to wear T-shirts because I have allergies and scratch myself. Anyway, my mom found this interesting video on how to inexpensively make clothes for us out of stuff from Dollar Tree. I thought I'd go ahead and post the video here since it's been a long time since we posted anything. I hope you enjoy it.

Chuckle for Today

Our mom really did have human kids. We just think this is funny because she treats us like we're human kids. Mom says she spoils us even more than she did our human brothers when they were kids. We like what she does anyway except when she takes us to the vet for allergy shots!

Opi Has the Itchies

Hi, Opi here. My  mom and dad made me wear a t-shirt because I have allergies and have scratched up my skin pretty bad. Mom's a pretty smart lady because she knows that I can't get my nails on the itchy spots when I have a shirt on.

I had to go to the vet doctor guy and get a shot and I was feeling pretty put out to say the least. Mom put a dress on Nellie Belle so I didn't feel so bad about being the only kid with clothes on. Here's Nellie...

You can tell Nellie Belle wasn't too happy because when she's upset, she puts her ears down flat to her head like in this picture. Sorry Nellie!

I'm loving the nice weather we've been having. I'm enjoying going outside to chase the birds and squirrels. I really don't want to catch them, I just enjoy the chase. Nothing else is new here so I'll say goodbye with a wagging tail and a few puppy dog kisses...

We Like It When Mom Makes Soup

Hey, it's Nellie Belle and Opi here. We really, really like it when our mom makes soup. Why? Because we get to chew on the soup bones YAY! Here's some pictures of us with our bones. We have decided that being small dogs makes it hard to gnaw on these delicious big bones but that doesn't deter us.

A Hint of Summer

Our area set record breaking temperatures today with the thermometer hitting 82 degrees Fahrenheit.  Nellie Belle was running around the backyard on "alarm" duty letting us know that the neighbor next door was doing yard work. Mom and dad were sitting on the patio having coffee with Omi while all this was going on and mom broke out her camera and filmed Nellie Belle doing her thing. Here it is:

Opi's New Plaything

Hey guys, it's Opi reporting to you today about my new toy. Omi came over with a gigantinormous new stuffed rhinoceros today. It is way bigger than me. Check it out:

No way could I drag that gigantinormous thing around to play with. Hmmm, I wondered what I could do with it? Suddenly, inspiration came to me.  I can use it for a bed to take my naps on!
